Nigel D'Souza P.Eng., CAMA, CPAM

Principal Consultant & Managing Director

I founded Elevate Next with the purpose to foster great leadership and helping technical teams succeed, while promoting excellence in businesses.

With historic success in business leadership, maintenance, and asset management I have been recognized through various roles in my career and several awards. I am able to leverage this to solution challenges and opportunities for you, whether you're seeking advice or just need direction on where to find information - no pressure and no strings attached.

My journey has taken me through the private sector and public sector in asset intensive organisations and high risk contexts. With over 15 years in the maintenance, asset management, and business leadership fields, I understand the pressures faced in business today and by all roles within an organisation - I've lived the front lines and I've lived all levels of leadership. I've been blessed to have had the opportunity to learn from amazing people and lead practices in fairly large and complex organisations; I wish to help others learn and develop on their business journey as well.

Bringing the best of experiences and knowledge from successfully leading high performing teams in industries such as utilities, government infrastructure, manufacturing, facilities, and mining you will leverage top concepts in Business Management, Asset Management, Maintenance, and Reliability brought into the context of your business and purpose.

Building alignment and balance between science and art, we help asset intensive organisations improve reliability and assure value delivery for ongoing business success.
