With historic success in business leadership, maintenance, and asset management I have been recognized through various roles in my career and several awards. My journey has taken me through the private sector and public sector in asset intensive organisations and high risk contexts. With over 15 years in the maintenance, asset management, and business leadership fields, I understand the pressures faced in business today and by all roles within an organisation - I've lived the front lines and I've lived all levels of leadership. I've been blessed to have had the opportunity to learn from amazing people and lead practices in fairly large and complex organisations; I wish to help others learn and develop on their business journey as well.
